Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will I get to see my order before it ships?
If you order a backdrop I will send you a photo via email before I ship it out. This gives you a chance to make sure you’re completely happy with it.

2. What is your turnaround time?
My current turnaround time is approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the date you place your order to the date it ships. If you have a specific event date, please order with plenty of time to spare.

3. Do I need to provide anything when I order?
I will need specific details of your colour shades (don’t just state pink, instead state dusty pink or hot pink) this will need inputting at the time of ordering. It’s also extremely helpful for me to see visuals of your colour shades. You can do this by uploading images at the time of ordering. This helps me see the exact shades and tones you're working with so I can create decor that matches beautifully. 

4. Can I make changes after I’ve placed my order?
Minor changes are usually fine as long as I haven’t started on your order yet. If you need to make any updates, please contact me as soon as possible.

5. Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be possible depending on my current schedule. Please contact me before ordering if you need your item sooner than the standard turnaround time.

6. How will my order be shipped?
All items are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked delivery. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

7. Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! All off my items are custom-made, so feel free to share your vision or inspiration, and I’ll bring it to life. If you would like different sizing to the option given, just get in touch and I can provide a quote.
