Custom-Made Products

All products from The Enchanted Dreamer are custom made to order, including ribbon backdrops, ribbon garlands, DIY kits and other personalised or made-to-order items. As each order is created specifically for you and your chosen colour palette, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for change of mind or if you simply no longer require the item.

Please make sure you are happy with your chosen colours, options and product before placing your order.

If There Is a Problem With Your Order

I take great care when making and packing every order, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving it. I will always do my best to resolve any issues and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has a fault, please get in touch promptly and include photographs where appropriate so that I can assess the issue and work out the best solution with you.
