Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are made to order, and my typical processing time from placing your order to dispatch is approximately 4 weeks.

As each item is handmade and created specifically for you, processing times can vary depending on how busy I am. During particularly busy periods, processing times may increase, while during quieter periods your order may be completed and dispatched sooner.

Please take the current processing time into consideration when placing your order, particularly if you have a specific date or event that you need your items for.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please note that the processing time stated above refers to the time required to make and prepare your order before it is dispatched. Delivery time is additional to this and is dependent on the delivery service.
